We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Child Care Administrator to lead and manage our early childhood education programs. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development and learning standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the child care center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee personnel management tasks such as hiring, training, professional development facilitation, performance evaluation, and personnel management in education.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and childcare licensing laws.
- Develop and manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, including financial planning and resource management.
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program growth and sustainability while building strong relationships with community partners.
- Facilitate strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand services, and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise faculty evaluation processes and promote instructional leadership in education to maintain high teaching standards.
- Oversee school legal knowledge application related to special education law, childhood development policies, and educational compliance requirements.
- Lead school administrative functions such as record keeping, reporting, parent communication, and community outreach.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, public speaking engagements, and team leadership activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administrative director roles or similar leadership positions within K-12 or early childhood education settings.
- Extensive knowledge of educational compliance, regulation understanding, special education law, and childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and working with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong management skills including supervising staff, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and personnel management in education.
- Experience in school experience roles such as classroom teaching combined with leadership responsibilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for public speaking and facilitating professional development in schools.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields with classroom experience preferred.
- Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of school legal requirements related to educational compliance and regulation understanding is essential.
