Seeking Full-Time 8am-5pm, Reliable General Landscaper/ Groundskeeper. Criminal background check required.
English speaker preferred. Ability and access to drive their own vehicle. MUST have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies (like lawnmowers, leaf blowers etc.) throughout property when necessary. Having your own tools is a plus but not necessary.
Assist maintenance supervisor and other maintenance team members with performing general grounds cleanup, cleaning of rentals, maintaining grounds, cleaning up trash and other debris left in or around roadways, sidewalks and common areas. Breaking down boxes when needed. Ensuring trash bins on properties are not overflowing and recycling is not mixed in with common household refuse.
Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
Weeding and mulching landscape beds
Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
Monitoring and maintaining plant health
Repairing irrigation when needed
Power washing
Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to:
painting, hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment.
Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
