Receptionist – The Heart of Our Office

We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, caregivers, families, and visitors. As the face of our agency, you'll play a key role in supporting our team, strengthening relationships with clients and caregivers, and ensuring our office operates smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients, caregivers, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist clients and caregivers with questions and general support
- Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry
- Manage office correspondence and emails
- Support daily administrative and office operations
- Monitor and maintain office inventory
- Assist with ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is fully stocked and organized
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
