Position Summary
The Station Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting daily station operations, developing and maintaining relationships with Delivery Service Partners, monitoring delivery performance, and resolving operational issues.
This is a hands-on operational role. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling changing priorities, supporting frontline operations, and working flexible or rotating shifts based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, onboard, and develop long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners.
- Support contract and service-rate negotiations with DSPs to balance service quality and operational costs.
- Provide daily operational support to DSPs and resolve issues affecting delivery performance.
- Monitor package delivery progress, tracking accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
- Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions, service disruptions, and customer-related issues.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct DSP performance reviews and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, safety requirements, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, driver management, and other internal teams.
- Support frontline station operations when needed.
- Manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing operational demands.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or above is preferred. Educational requirements may be flexible for candidates with extensive relevant experience and a strong employment background.
- Experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, transportation, vendor management, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with DSPs, delivery contractors, carriers, vendors, or third-party logistics providers is strongly preferred.
- Hardworking, responsible, dependable, and able to perform well in a demanding operational environment.
- Comfortable with hands-on frontline work and able to handle pressure during peak operational periods.
- Must be willing to work flexible or rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage but is not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, logistics management systems, delivery tracking systems, or industry regulations is preferred.
- An educational background in logistics, supply chain management, business, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.

岗位概述
站点运营专员主要负责日常站点运营支持、配送服务合作商的开发与管理、配送绩效监控,以及运营异常问题的协调处理。
该岗位属于一线运营岗位,需要候选人能够适应快节奏、高强度的工作环境,接受工作内容和优先级的临时调整,并根据业务需求配合轮班及现场工作。
岗位职责
- 负责评估、引入配送服务合作商,并建立长期稳定的合作关系。
- 协助开展DSP合同条款和服务价格谈判,在保障配送质量的同时控制运营成本。
- 为DSP提供日常运营支持,及时协调和解决影响配送表现的问题。
- 监控包裹配送进度、物流轨迹准确性和准时送达情况。
- 及时调查和处理配送异常、服务中断和客户相关问题。
- 分析运营数据和合作商绩效指标,识别风险并提出改善建议。
- 协助开展DSP绩效评估,并跟进整改方案和改善计划。
- 监督DSP遵守公司政策、合同约定、安全要求和相关行业标准。
- 与仓库、调度、客服、司机管理和其他内部团队进行协调。
- 根据站点需要协助处理一线运营工作。
- 合理安排多项工作优先级,并及时应对不断变化的运营需求。
任职要求
- 高中以上学历优先;对于履历丰富、相关工作经验较强的候选人,学历要求可适当放宽。
- 具备物流运营、末端配送、运输管理、供应商管理、客户管理或相关领域经验者优先。
- 有DSP、配送承包商、运输商、供应商或第三方物流服务商管理经验者优先。
- 吃苦耐劳,责任心强,工作稳定可靠,能够适应高强度、快节奏的运营环境。
- 能够接受现场工作,并在业务高峰期承受一定工作压力。
- 能够接受灵活排班及轮班安排,包括早班、晚班、夜班、周末和节假日班次。
- 具备良好的谈判、沟通、合作关系维护和问题解决能力。
- 具备较强的组织协调和时间管理能力。
- 能够同时处理多项任务,并根据实际运营情况合理安排优先级。
- 英语能够作为工作语言。
- 中文能力属于重要加分项,但不是岗位硬性要求。
- 熟悉Microsoft Excel、物流管理系统、配送追踪系统或物流行业规定者优先。
- 物流、供应链管理、工商管理、数据分析、工程或相关专业背景优先。
