Stellar Pro Roofing is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals who can identify storm damage, build relationships with homeowners, and help customers restore their property from roof to interior finishes.
This is not a position for someone who waits for leads or needs daily direction. We're looking for professionals who can work independently, generate their own opportunities, and recognize the full scope of damage that may be present on a property.
The ideal candidate understands that storm damage often extends beyond the roof. We want individuals who can identify opportunities involving roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, fencing, soffit, fascia, water intrusion, drywall, paint, flooring, insulation, and other restoration-related items.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with no base salary or hourly pay. Compensation is earned through commissions and performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, networking, and referrals
- Conduct roof, exterior, and interior property inspections
- Identify storm-related damage and restoration opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and explain the restoration process
- Assist customers through insurance-related restoration projects
- Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and timely customer and project information in the company CRM
- Coordinate with project management and production teams
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through project completion

Our compensation structure is designed to keep successful representatives earning throughout the life of their projects. Applicable commissions may be paid as customer funds are received rather than requiring representatives to wait until the entire project is completed to begin receiving commission payments.
