NeoRegen Biosciences LLC is a regenerative medicine company based in Alpharetta, GA focused on the research and production of advanced biological therapeutics. Operating under cGTP/cGMP standards, our laboratory team develops and processes innovative biologic products — including Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stem cells, exosomes, and the Enclose™ skin substitute — to advance the science of tissue regeneration and wound care.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician I (Lead Processor) to lead tissue graft processing operations in our cGTP/cGMP laboratory. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for the end-to-end preparation, processing, and quality documentation of biological products, working under the supervision of our Lead Scientist.
Responsibilities:
- Lead aseptic processing of allografts and biologics in accordance with established SOPs
- Maintain chain-of-custody and lot traceability for all incoming tissue
- Perform incoming inspection, dissection, and final product QC checks
- Complete batch records, deviation reports, and environmental monitoring logs
- Direct and support the Circulator during active production runs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in tissue banking, regenerative medicine, or cGMP bioprocessing (required)
- Familiarity with AATB standards and FDA 21 CFR Part 1271 HCT/P requirements (required)
- Experience with aseptic technique and biosafety cabinet operation (required)
- Cryopreservation experience preferred
- Strong GMP documentation habits and exceptional attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) in a cleanroom or controlled laboratory environment. Requires gowning including gloves, mask, hairnet, and protective footwear. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to perform fine motor tasks with precision for extended durations. Must have no conditions that prevent compliance with cleanroom gowning or aseptic protocols.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
