We are looking for a Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative to join our team. If you genuinely love connecting with people and want to be the face of our hotel, we’d love to meet you.
As the first and last person our guests see, you set the tone for their entire stay. This isn't just about checking people in—it's about making travelers feel completely at home from the moment they step through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Welcome: Greet guests with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, and handle room assignments.
- Be the Local Expert: Share your favorite local dining spots, hidden gems, and directions to help guests get the most out of their trip.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly: Handle guest requests, questions, or issues with empathy, ownership, and a quick solution.
- Keep Things Connected: Coordinate closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are pristine and ready on time.

- Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: You can comfortably navigate a computer, learn our property management system, and keep guest details organized.
- Flexible: You understand that hospitality never sleeps. You are open to working a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
