Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD)
Location: Florida (In-Person / Hybrid / Virtual Options Available)

About the Role
We are building a high-performance, growth-oriented therapy practice focused on delivering exceptional care while creating strong financial and professional opportunities for our clinicians.
This role is ideal for a licensed therapist/psychologist who wants both stability and upside—with a structured ramp-up period, consistent client flow, and the ability to scale income based on caseload.
Compensation
- Session Pay:
- $115 per virtual session
- $130 per in-person session
- Earnings Expectations:
- Gradual ramp to a full caseload (25–30 clients)
- Full caseload annual earnings $100k to $120k
- Provide individual therapy sessions (in-person and/or virtual)
- Manage and grow your assigned caseload
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on client care and outcomes
- Uphold high ethical and clinical standards

Requirements
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, PhD, PsyD) – required
- Bilingual Spanish & English (required)
- EMDR training (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Ability to manage a growing caseload
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
