We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Cuban bakery and café! Our concept brings the flavors of Cuba to the community, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites all day. From fresh-baked pastries to hearty Cuban plates, we’re creating a warm, welcoming space where guests can enjoy authentic flavors.
We’re looking for passionate, reliable Line Cooks to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us from the very beginning!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and consistent dishes
- Assist with prep work (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Support kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (all shifts available)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A passion for food and hospitality
