Eclipse Funding LLC is looking for an experienced Mortgage Processor / Loan Coordinator to join our growing national investment lending team. This is a unique opportunity to be the operational backbone of the company while also having the ability to increase your income by working company-provided leads.
What You'll Do
- Process and coordinate residential and commercial investment loan files.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers after the loan is originated.
- Gather and organize borrower documentation and communicate conditions.
- Coordinate with Loan Specialists, underwriters, title companies, and lenders to move files efficiently to closing.
- Attend weekly pipeline meetings with management and our National Loan Specialist team.
- Maintain accurate file status updates and ensure a smooth client experience from application to funding.
Compensation
This is not a typical processor position.
- 15–20% of the origination fee for coordinating and managing each loan file.
- $500 processing fee for every loan that closes.
- NO cost for systems we have it all in place.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience processing or coordinating non-QM or investment property loans with a track record to prove it!
- Knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Portfolio, or GUC lending is strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
