We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to join our innovative technology support team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices and consumer electronics. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-tier service by troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately. Schedule would be Monday-Friady 9:45-7:15
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics using specialized tools and techniques
- Perform software troubleshooting on operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve performance or connectivity problems
- Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuitry
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for precise repairs like component replacements
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic results for quality assurance
- Provide technical support to customers by explaining repair processes, troubleshooting steps, and device maintenance tips
Requirements
- Prefered experience with mobile device repair, including smartphones (troubleshooting support), tablets, and consumer electronics (OJT will be provided for most repairs)
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows along with software troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for hardware diagnostics
- Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting support is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Technical proficiency in hardware maintenance, equipment repair, and mobile device troubleshooting techniques
- STRONG PREFFERENCE- Bilingual fluent Spanish/English
