Job Summary
We are seeking energetic Grill Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking grilled dishes that delight our guests in the Mongolian grill and steak in our broiler grill. Kitchen knowledge preferred but not necessary.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring each dish meets quality standards and presentation expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling and storage practices
- Preparation of vegetables and meat to be used on grill.
Requirements
- Some experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
- knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques specific to grilling helpful.
- Fine dining experience or experience working in high-end restaurants is preferred but not required
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
