Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Repair Technician to join our growing team. You'll be diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems across the Greater Chicagoland area. This is a full-time role with flexible hours and performance-based earning potential on top of your base pay.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, components, and equipment
- Perform service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site regarding findings and repairs
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance when representing the company
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Experience with HVAC installation is a plus
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
- EPA Universal or Type II/III certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional communication skills with customers
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
