Job Description
Elite Earthworks & Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Laborer with experience in masonry and framing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently as part of a team on residential and commercial construction projects.
This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform masonry work including block, brick, and stone installation
- Assist with and perform wood framing for residential and commercial projects
- Read and follow project plans and directions from supervisors
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Assist with general construction tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry and/or framing preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Drug-free workplace
