Duties
- Exploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best products and services that meets the customer’s expectations
- Providing the best customer in-store experience
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc.
- Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Total Wireless
- Executing daily store operations and procedure
Requirements
- Competitive and driven in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to work among co-workers and store leaders by learning and sharing best sales practice while helping customers
- No sales experience needed in wireless retail industry but preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
