Position: Long Term Substitute Athletic Secretary
Location: Coatesville Area Senior High School
Schedule: Full Time -Temporary (assignment until end 26-27 SY)
Salary: $20.00 Per Hour

What You’ll Do

Perform day to day secretarial duties related to the CASD Athletics and Activities Office.

Prepare and confirm weekly athletic schedule, schedule transportation, recruit game workers and assign games.

Prepare eligibility reports (7-12), prepare vouchers for game officials, maintain records of coach and volunteer certifications.

Maintain athletic webpage, validate worker timesheets, filing.

Candidate will also enter work orders as needed and assist with maintaining practice, game and facilities schedules.

Candidate will also perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Candidate must have strong multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be punctual and have a strong work ethic.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be organized, a team player and a confidential problem solver. Must work collaboratively with office staff and administrators.

A calm, patient, and encouraging approach when working with students.

A desire to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and students.
