Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities
- Meet with customers face-to-face to build strong relationships, assist with account needs, and process customer transactions.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives while providing feedback and updates on assigned projects.
- Participate in hands-on training across customer service, sales, account management, and leadership to develop into a top-performing Entry Level Account Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Support team operations by assisting with training, mentoring, and leadership responsibilities as you grow within the role.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude while working closely with teammates to achieve individual and team goals.
- Learn company procedures, sales strategies, and account management practices to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Account Manager Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and teammates from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable taking initiative and growing into leadership opportunities as experience is gained.
