Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bathroom Remodeling Team Lead to spearhead our renovation projects with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, including carpentry, tile laying, fixture installation, and finishing touches.
- Review construction plans to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to building codes.
- Utilize construction management software (Houzz Pro) to document progress, update schedules, and communicate project status effectively.
- Oversee site safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision while providing expert advice on design modifications or improvements.
- Ensure proper installation of fixtures such as cabinets, glass panels, doors, trim carpentry elements, flooring, tile work, and restoration details.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, inspections, change orders, and completion reports.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on bathroom or residential remodeling projects.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on-site.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or demolition tasks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team of tradespeople.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and inspection procedures.
- Experience with various construction techniques including framing carpentry, drywall installation (caulking), tile laying, flooring installation, restoration projects, cabinet mounting and finishing carpentry. Must be able to tile a shower with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules.
