Landscape Maintenance Account Manager
Location: Lewisville, TX 75056
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time
We are seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Managers to join our growing team out of our Lewisville branch to support our expanding portfolio of commercial clients. This role combines client relationship management, operational coordination, and team leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery across each account.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate daily operations and crew scheduling with the Operations Manager.
- Conduct site visits and develop proactive solutions for landscape issues.
- Prepare, present, and sell enhancement proposals and non-contract services.
- Lead and develop production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Manage portfolio budgets, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Maintain professional standards for appearance, workspace, and company equipment.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve company processes and results.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the landscape or related service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to Lewisville, TX, or individual plans to relocate.
