About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Installation Helper to join our team. No previous installation experience is required. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, develop hands-on skills, and gain experience working alongside experienced installers.
Responsibilities
* Assist installers with shower door, glass enclosure, and mirror installations.
* Help safely carry and handle glass and installation materials.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials.
* Prepare and organize materials for installations.
* Keep work areas clean and organized.
* Follow instructions and proper safety procedures.
* Support installers throughout the installation process.
Requirements
* No previous installation experience required.
* Valid driver’s license required and must be able to drive a company van when needed.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
* Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
* Ability to safely handle glass and installation materials.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* No personal tools required.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation
$18 – $20 per hour.
