Rate: $48-55/hour (direct, indirect, travel)
Location: Aston, PA (and nearby surrounding areas)
Timeframe: Summer and 26-27 School Year
Snapshot: Seeking a Physical Therapist to work 3-5 days/week with preschool students; specialized classes

A Physical Therapist (PT) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade. This role focuses on improving student mobility, physical function, and participation in the educational environment through direct therapy and collaboration with school teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to assigned students (PreK–12)
- Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
- Complete required documentation, including:
- Progress notes
- Data collection
- IEP updates and annual reviews
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Travel between school locations during the school day (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for working with children
