Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Owner Operator to join our Superior team. As an Owner Operator, you will leverage your driving expertise and vehicle ownership to provide reliable delivery services across various routes. This role offers the opportunity to operate a range of specialized trucks, including tankers and other commercial equipment, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Your dedication will directly contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers and commercial trucks across designated routes.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment while ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, including hours-of-service requirements.
- Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery times while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or unforeseen delays.
- Operate under the company's DOT authority and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Provide professional and reliable service to customers while representing the company in a positive manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in truck driving with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Tanker endorsement required.
- Hazmat endorsement required.
- TWIC card is required.
- Must own and operate a truck equipped with dual-line wet kits.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and route planning software effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Additional Requirements
- Owner Operators must operate exclusively under the company's DOT authority while contracted with the company.
- Drivers may not haul freight or perform transportation services for other companies while operating under our DOT authority.
- Must maintain all required licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance as applicable.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $335,000.00 per year
