Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated Warehouse Specialist to manage daily operations in our warehouse. This is a solo position responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Learn and accurately identify product SKUs
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock checks
- Use shipping software and label systems (training provided)
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Experience
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with responsibilities including inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
- Forklift experience required (certification a plus; we can assist with training if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for shipping systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage daily workflow without supervision
- Prior warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is a plus but not required; strong independent work skills are essential.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use.
