The Position:
We are looking for people who know the D2D sales business and have an
entrepreneurial mindset. People who are competitive and self-motivated. We will recruit and build your team to cover the assigned area.
New managers typically earn between
$80,000 and $100,000 in their first year.
Our seasoned managers can expect to earn $120,000+
Responsibilities:
Help people save money by owning permanent lighting on their homes.
Manage and train new reps.
Generate and set appointments.
Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best
practices.
Become an expert who understands how permanent lighting works and benefits.
Must adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our
community, and each other.
Must be able to hold interviews and hire on the spot.
Job Type: Part-time + Full Time
Salary: $80,000.00 + per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability.
