Johnson Sewell Ford – Marble Falls, Texas
Johnson Sewell Ford is looking for an experienced Accessory Installer to join our service team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing quality work. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Starting pay is $18.00 per clock hour plus $5.00 per flagged labor hour.
In this position, you will install factory and aftermarket accessories on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. This includes power running boards, bed covers, replacement bumpers, lighting, trailer hitches, wiring, remote start systems, lift and leveling kits, and other customer-requested accessories. You will also diagnose and repair basic electrical concerns related to accessory installation, test all completed work to make sure it operates correctly, and keep your work area clean and organized.
Applicants should have previous experience installing automotive accessories and be comfortable working with vehicle electrical systems. You should be able to work on your own, follow installation instructions, and produce quality work in a timely manner. A valid Texas driver's license and your own basic hand tools are required.

This position reports to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman. While on the clock, employees are expected to perform any reasonable task assigned by management to support the service department and dealership operations.
