Rockin' A B is a retail store geared toward children, ages 2-14 while Maimee Lou is a boutique baby store for infant to 4 years old. Both are located in historic downtown McKinney, TX. We provide a boutique shopping experience for clients seeking infant to tween clothing, toys, and accessories. Our staff is trained on all products so that customers leave with the perfect purchase every time.

Retail Experience is preferred. Shopify point of sale experience is a plus. We would love applicants with an early education background.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
-Must be able to lift 35-50 pounds to receive and stock merchandise
-Must be able to stand during full shift to attend customers
-Must be able to traverse a large store and stairs to accommodate customers
-Must be available weekends and holidays. We are open 7 days a week so we have a flexible schedule.
-Must be available to work a full day shift.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in sales, is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
