We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be training at the Doral location and should have a passion for customer service, experience in sales, preferably within the marine industry, strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with others and will be willing to travel as needed.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, as well as supporting the sales process from inquiry to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare equipment estimates and assess installation conditions
- Recommend the best marine equipment for customer applications
- Develop facility renovation or upgrade plans tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to design and implement client-preferred solutions
- Draft lease-purchase agreements in accordance with state regulations
- Make sales via phone, provide invoices, and follow up with customers
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (marine industry preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
