As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Experience:
- Prior experience in senior care or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Excellent communication skills. Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Patience and understanding towards clients' needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
