Hot Sauces Bakery Products Foodservice
Location: Rapids City, Illinois (Quad Cities area)
Vlore Bakery & Hot Brand-IT (Route 66 Premium Hot Sauces) is a growing Midwest foodservice company supplying high-quality artisan bakery items (including our popular Cinnamon Swirl Bread) and premium Route 66 hot sauces to restaurants, distributors, and foodservice operators.
We are looking for a motivated Driver/Sales Representative to join our team based in Rapids City, IL. This is a dual-role position — you will deliver products and actively sell, build accounts, and grow sales in your territory.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive a company van to deliver hot sauce, bakery products, and other food items to restaurants and distributors
- Visit new and existing customers to present products, offer samples, take orders, and secure re-orders
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and buyers
- Load/unload product cases and manage in-vehicle inventory
- Plan efficient routes and handle all delivery paperwork
- Represent our brands professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Occasional merchandising or sample drops at accounts
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Average 8–10 hours per day
- Some routes require overnight stays (up to ~500 miles from base) — hotel + per diem provided and all trip time is paid
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive base pay — hourly or salary (based on experience)
- Plus uncapped commission on sales and new accounts

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required for our current vehicles)
- Comfortable with long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays
- Physically able to lift and carry cases up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Sales experience preferred (restaurant or foodservice sales is a big plus)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Smartphone comfortable with routing and basic sales apps
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
