Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will produce compelling video content and engaging motion graphics that showcase our products, strengthen our brand, and connect with customers across multiple digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional teams to transform ideas into visually engaging stories that educate, inspire, and drive engagement. From product demonstrations and customer testimonials to social media campaigns and company branding, your work will play a key role in how our audience experiences SPAN.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with technical expertise, has a strong understanding of digital design and motion graphics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged. Core Focus Areas
- Edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, customer testimonials, recruiting, and company events.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Design and animate assets created in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator while maintaining brand consistency.
- Produce and optimize short-form content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop creative concepts that communicate complex ideas through compelling visual storytelling.
- Explore AI-powered editing tools and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with Photoshop and Illustrator files for animation and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion design, composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of digital art and graphic design principles.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and editing workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
