Senior HVAC Technician

What You'll Do:
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform chiller maintenance, inspections, and replacements
- Service and maintain cooling towers including mechanical repairs and cleaning
- Install and maintain heat pump systems across commercial and high rise environments
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Work on large scale commercial installations and system replacements
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans
- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
What We Need:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience required
- Hands on experience with chillers, cooling towers, and heat pumps
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and leading in the field
