First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Retail Service Representative in our Littlefield Banking Center.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Prioritize client needs and provides exceptional customer service

Open or close appropriate retail accounts and IRA's, and maintain all associated records

Rent safe deposit boxes to customers; permit customers access to boxes with maximum protection and maintain records of safe deposit boxes and renters
- Update customer records as needed

Handle check orders

Communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues

Uphold understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures
-
Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- A self-starting team player with High school diploma or GED

Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary

Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required

Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions and little to no supervision

Courteous, professional demeanor along with ability to handle multi-tasks is essential

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service is required
- Banking experience preferred

Knowledge in bank regulations, policies and procedures preferred

Must be able to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires
