T-REV Pro Event Production & Rentals is seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager / AV Rental Agent to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of audiovisual rentals and live event production projects. This role combines project management expertise with a passion for client service, ensuring the seamless delivery of AV, lighting, staging, truss, and rigging solutions for corporate events, premieres, festivals, trade shows, and special events.

This individual will be responsible for managing projects from initial inquiry through final execution while maintaining strong client partnerships and delivering outstanding event experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send client quotes, proposals, and rental agreements
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical equipment recommendations
- Conduct site surveys, venue walkthroughs, and pre-production meetings
- Coordinate AV, lighting, staging, truss, LED wall, and rigging rentals
- Manage project timelines, logistics, and event schedules
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and technical teams
- Coordinate labor, transportation, and equipment scheduling
- Review project budgets and ensure profitability targets are met
- Attend client meetings and oversee project execution as needed
- Ensure all projects comply with safety and operational standards
- Assist with contract negotiations and project scope development
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV rental, live events, staging, production, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of:
- Professional Audio Systems
- Stage and Architectural Lighting
- Video Displays and LED Walls
- Staging and Truss Systems
- Entertainment Rigging and Production Workflows
- Experience preparing quotes, estimates, and project proposals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to read event layouts, floor plans, and production drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or event design software
- Knowledge of power distribution and event infrastructure
- Experience managing large-scale corporate events, film premieres, festivals, and live productions
- Existing relationships within the event production industry are a plus
