Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Retail Assistant Manager with retail experience and a positive, can-do attitude. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the store’s daily operations, contributing to a strong team culture, and helping create a magical shopping experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys multitasking, leads by example, and can juggle the behind-the-scenes details while still delighting customers on the floor.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to help guests find just the right item
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team
- Ensure the sales floor is welcoming, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a team-oriented environment!
- Help maintain a positive, productive atmosphere, especially during peak seasons
- Uphold our values of warmth, respect, and professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail experience required, leadership experience a plus
- High energy, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Availability for weekends and holidays (especially during busy seasons)
