About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Buyer to support purchasing operations and help maintain accuracy across procurement systems and data. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, purchase order management, pricing and operational reporting, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen your analytical and problem-solving skills, and play an important role in supporting day-to-day purchasing activities.

What You'll Do

Support purchase order (PO) entry and order tracking for routine categories

Maintain item and pricing data integrity in ERP systems

Assist higher-level Buyers with order entry and reporting tasks

Generate and distribute basic procurement reports

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other internal teams

Provide administrative support for shortage and recall tasks

Learn procurement systems, vendor basics, and compliance requirements through hands on-experience

What You’ll Need to Succeed

2+ years experience working in an office or business environment required; procurement, purchasing, or supply chain exposure is a plus

Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work comfortably with data and reports; advanced spreadsheet skills are a plus

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Organized, dependable, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment
