Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Carry out floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on facilities to identify any needed repairs or upkeep.
- Provide support in residential painting projects when required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is beneficial.
- Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be an advantage.
- Porter experience is a nice-to-have for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
