Key Responsibilities:
Translation & Localization: Translate written materials while preserving meaning, tone, terminology, and cultural context across assigned languages.
Editing & Proofreading: Review translated content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and overall linguistic quality before final delivery.
Content Adaptation: Localize marketing materials, websites, technical documentation, business communications, and digital content for regional audiences.
Quality Assurance: Perform detailed quality checks, maintain translation memories, terminology databases, and ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and internal quality standards.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, editors, and fellow language specialists to prioritize assignments, manage deadlines, and ensure timely project completion.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in translation, localization, multilingual content creation, editing, or proofreading is preferred. Experience working with multiple document types and industries is an advantage.
Language Skills: Professional bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language, with exceptional written communication and grammatical accuracy.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CAT tools, translation memory software, terminology management systems, and digital collaboration platforms is preferred.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in producing accurate, polished work and can identify even small linguistic or formatting inconsistencies.
Mindset: You are organized, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality translations. You communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities confidently, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
