We're seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Receptionist & Repair Support Associate passionate about luxury jewelry and committed to delivering exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Repairs Department and build a long-term career in the fine jewelry industry.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors — greeting and directing all incoming guests professionally
- Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries, including logging, cataloging, and routing packages to the appropriate departments
- Verify and process delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper chain of custody for all received goods
- Assist the Repairs Department with logging and cataloging repair orders, tracking status, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and communication around deliveries and repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and receiving area
- Handle general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day office operations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or logistics/intake role — jewelry or luxury goods industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately log, catalog, and track physical inventory and repairs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude with a client- and team-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to take direction and feedback constructively
- Experience handling luxury goods with discretion and care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with jewelry terminology, repair processes, and product knowledge
- Experience working in a jewelry manufacturing or wholesale environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
