Gainesville Health & Rehab Center, in Gainesville VA, opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant to assist our Maintenance team.
You will:
- Provide maintenance, repair and/or rebuild to mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment in building.

Assist the Maintenance Director in maintaining center
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Technical/mechanical knowledge and ability to effectively maintain and repair equipment.

Knowledge and experience with use of power equipment
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism.
