Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene standards
- Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively for floor care, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, and dusting
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to ensure a pristine environment
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment
- Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for yard or exterior space cleaning
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Valid experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a focus on attention to detail and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
