Position Overview
This is a year-round installation position for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer or qualified Subcontractor. You will lead residential window and door replacement projects while ensuring each installation meets Renewal by Andersen's quality standards.
This position is intended for experienced professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, enjoy working independently, and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential window and door installation projects from start to finish
- Remove existing windows and doors and install new replacement products
- Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- Experience installing residential windows and doors
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and lead installation projects

- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Schedule
- Year-round position
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime hours based on installation schedule
- Residential projects throughout the Quad Cities area
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or GED

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,250.00 per week
