We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join Elite Marketing Group in our Miami Lakes office. The core of this position is direct customer engagement and in-person sales within a residential environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and proactively promoting AT&T products and services that best fit each customer’s needs. Entry Level Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- In this full-time role based in our Miami Lakes location, you will proactively greet and assist customers in person, facilitating a welcoming experience while engaging directly in sales conversations and closing deals as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
- Educate customers on the full range of AT&T products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- The Entry Level Sales Representative will identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to strengthen your skills as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Representatives to meet and exceed team goals.
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- The Customer Service & Sales Associate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
