We are seeking a Tow Truck Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a rollback or wheel lift
- Load and unload vehicles, equipment and cargo
- Be able to utilize our operating system
- Report any issues or incidents to management
- Communicating with dispatch
- Required to inspect tow truck before and after trips
- Must be willing and available to work scheduled shifts
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner and providing them with necessary assistance
- Scrap runs (including but not limited to stripping vehicles)
- Providing assistance to mechanics when moving vehicles into repair shop
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine upkeep on tow trucks
- Keep yard clean and free of debris
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tow truck driving or other related fields is preferred but not required.
- Driver's license
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
