Plan and Specification Interpretation:
Must be able to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Duties:
Must be able to perform light framing duties, deck building, porches and rails. Must be highly skilled in trim carpentry, millwork and cabinetry.
Must be able to use a laser, level and other specialties tools to layout work.
Must work well with others, be able to schedule and oversee other trades.
Self perform all aspects of finish carpentry including doors, trim, cabinets, built ins, shelving, hardware and pinch out work.
Must be able to multi task, have a valid drivers license and at least 5 years experience in custom home building
