Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy is hiring an exceptional BCBA in Central Ohio.
Not average. Not burned out and checked out. Not someone looking to hide behind a credential while technicians carry the clinical weight.
We are looking for a BCBA who still believes this field can be excellent.
Lotus is BCBA-owned, clinician-led, and intentionally built as an alternative to the investor-owned ABA machine that has flooded the field with bloated caseloads, watered-down supervision, overworked staff, and “clinical quality” slogans that fall apart the second they interfere with revenue.
That is not who we are.
Lotus was founded and is led by Brittany Evans, MA, BCBA, COBA, a clinician who understands the realities of ABA because she has lived them. Our decisions are not made in a boardroom by people who have never run a session, coached a parent through crisis, written a treatment plan, trained an RBT, or defended medical necessity.
Clinical decisions at Lotus are driven by client need, family fit, ethical practice, staff sustainability, and long-term outcomes.
Not shareholder expectations.
Not corporate growth targets.
We are not trying to be the biggest ABA company in Ohio.
We are trying to be one of the best.
And we are looking for BCBAs who want to help build that.
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Lotus, you will:
Conduct meaningful assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Analyze data and make clinically sound treatment decisions
Train, supervise, and support RBTs and behavior technicians
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, physicians, and other providers
Participate in clinical problem-solving, case consultation, and professional development
Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
Contribute to a culture where accountability, follow-through, and clinical excellence are expected
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for more than a BCBA credential.
We are looking for a clinician who:
Thinks critically and does not rely on copy-paste programming
Takes ownership of their caseload and follows through
Communicates directly, professionally, and respectfully
Values collaboration without needing constant hand-holding
Can receive feedback without becoming defensive
Understands that families deserve honesty, not empty promises
Believes RBTs deserve real supervision, not drive-by oversight
Wants to be part of raising the standard of care in ABA
Sees leadership as responsibility, not status
This role is not for everyone.
If you want to coast, chase billable hours, avoid hard conversations, or work somewhere that rewards mediocrity because it is convenient, Lotus will not be the right fit.
But if you are a strong clinician who is tired of watching ABA get diluted by companies that care more about scale than substance, you may have found your place.
Why Lotus
