Location: Orange, VA
Shift Available:
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: Starting at $17.37/hr
Operate CNC and conventional production equipment, including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses
Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure quality and efficiency
Perform finishing work such as sanding, deburring, and polishing
Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
High school diploma or equivalent
CNC machining or related manufacturing experience
Knowledge of CNC machines, controls, and machining processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
2–4 years of machining experience
Welding experience or knowledge
Manufacturing or production environment background
