Key Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of special education processes, evaluations, and IEP development
- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and data-driven practice
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students
- Provide individual and group counseling to support social, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor effective interventions
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support crisis intervention and manage behavioral concerns using evidence-based strategies
- Foster an inclusive environment that promotes student well-being and academic achievement
