Every day, people call us or fill out a form because they’re finally thinking about changing their life with vision correction — LASIK, SMILE, lens surgery. Your job is to be the voice that turns that spark of interest into a booked consultation, and that consultation into someone who actually shows up. You’re the reason someone stops putting it off and books the appointment that changes how they see the world.

What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll live on the phone — 100+ calls a day, every day. You’ll chase down warm leads (people who already raised their hand), answer incoming calls from people ready to book, and do whatever it takes to get them scheduled and showed up. This is a numbers game, and we’ll teach you how to win it.
- Follow up fast on every lead that comes in — speed and persistence win
- Answer the majority of inbound calls — most are future patients calling back
- Book consultations, and just as importantly, make sure patients actually show up
- Keep clean track of every call, follow-up, and conversion
- Master our CRM, our scripts, and the psychology of helping someone say yes
What You’ll Earn
We pay for performance, and we don’t cap it.
- Base: $21/hour while you learn and ramp
- Per-show bonus for every new consult patient who shows to their appointment — the more you drive, the more you make
- Realistic total earnings of $60,000–$75,000+/year, with real room above that for top performers

The Details
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- In person — San Diego, CA
- Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO + paid sick time
- Bonus points: phone / sales / hospitality / customer service experience, healthcare or wellness familiarity, bilingual Spanish
