About the Opportunity
Spark Homes is Tulsa's Fastest Home Buyer. For more than 8 years, we've acquired homes across the Tulsa and surronding market, revitalized neighborhoods, and successfully completed 600+ transactions.
We're hiring a Renovation Project Manager to lead our renovation projects from the moment a property is acquired through the day it's sold. This is the engine room of our business every flip we complete runs through this role.
You'll own the renovation process: scoping the work, building the budget, finding and managing subcontractors, laying out the project, and keeping every job on time and on budget.
No degree required. We care about what you've built and managed, not what's on your transcript.

What You'll Do
- Walk newly acquired properties and develop full renovation scopes
- Build accurate renovation budgets and estimates
- Source, vet, and manage subcontractors across all trades (demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, roofing, etc.)
- Design project layouts and finish selections that maximize resale value
- Schedule trades in the correct sequence to avoid downtime and rework
- Coordinate 3–5 active renovation projects at any given time
- Own the timeline and budget on every project — and step in early when something starts to slip
- Conduct regular site walks to verify quality, progress, and punch list completion
- Manage all project communication, budgets, and status updates in monday.com (our CRM/project management platform)
- Communicate project status clearly to ownership

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience managing construction, renovation, or remodel projects (does not need to be single-family residential)
- Working knowledge of construction trades, sequencing, and material costs
- Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Experience hiring and managing subcontractors
- Computer proficiency able to build budgets in spreadsheets and communicate/manage projects in a CRM (monday.com experience a plus, but we'll train the right person)
- Reliable vehicle capable of hauling tools and supplies when needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- No college degree required
