Job Summary
Burch Avenue Logistics is seeking an experienced and reliable 26FT Box Truck Driver to complete local and regional delivery routes throughout Southern California. Drivers will pick up the truck daily in the Upland area and complete assigned deliveries throughout the Inland Empire, Riverside County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County.
We are looking for drivers who are dependable, professional, safety-focused, and comfortable operating a 26-foot box truck in various traffic and delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and inspect the company truck daily from the Upland, CA area.
- Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes safely and efficiently.
- Operate a 26FT box truck in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Communicate route updates, delays, or issues with dispatch.
- Keep the truck clean and report any maintenance concerns immediately.
- Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations.
- Use GPS and routing software to navigate delivery locations.
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN).
- Must have prior experience driving a 26FT box truck.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift and move freight when required.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Upland pickup location.
- Ability to work independently and complete routes on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery, logistics, moving, or transportation experience.
- Experience operating lift gates and pallet jacks.
- Familiarity with Southern California delivery routes.

- Payment issued 3 days after completed work.
- Consistent local and regional routes available.
